The history of the walk
The walk opened in the summer of 2023
Sea Breeze Walk of Fame appeared on the resort's embankment on July 21, 2023. Already in August of that year there were more slabs, and after that they began to be added one at a time: most often on the days of concerts, the DREAM Fest festival and memorable dates.

The walk is part of the resort's open embankment: no entrance, no ticket, no schedule.
Whose star was first — the sources disagree
We do not reduce this to one version and show both.

The figures differ
Publications of different years give different numbers of slabs, and there is no single official list. We do not choose the “correct” figure but show everything we came across, with dates.

Disputed. The most recent figure — “about 45 stars” after DREAM Fest 2026 — is the press's estimate, not an official statement. We could not verify it against a list by name.
Not only artists
According to the resort's own wording, the walk is dedicated to outstanding artists, musicians, actors and painters of Azerbaijan and the world. In practice the names also include writers, painters and public figures. Some of the stars were unveiled posthumously — relatives come to unveil them.
Slabs are often laid on the days of DREAM Fest and big concerts at the resort.
The stars of the classics of Azerbaijani culture are unveiled by their widows, children and colleagues.
After the first pair in 2023 the slabs are added one at a time, several times a year.
